2. RBI Compliance Statement

We operate in alignment with applicable Indian financial regulations and RBI Digital Lending Guidelines.

We do not collect public deposits.
We do not lend money directly.
We connect customers with RBI-registered banks/NBFCs.
All final loan decisions are made by lenders.

3. No Guarantee of Approval

Loan approval depends on eligibility, credit profile, documentation, and lender policies. Rupee Point does not guarantee approval or specific interest rates.

4. Transparency & Charges

Any applicable service charges are clearly communicated before processing. We do not charge hidden fees.

5. Data Sharing & Consent

By submitting your details, you consent to sharing your information with RBI-registered lenders for loan processing.

6. Limitation of Liability

Rupee Point shall not be liable for lender decisions, delays, or any financial loss arising from third-party policies.
